I have felt a calling to massage therapy ever since experiencing its healing potential in my own body. Overcoming low back pain through massage instilled in me a curiosity about the great healing potential of the human body. This curiosity and a deep desire to be of service to others led me to become a massage therapist and continue to guide me in my sessions with clients. Over the years, my intuition has lead me toward new modalities of bodywork and to create a space for sharing energy work with clients as well.
I have come to appreciate my role as a facilitator of healing in my clients, through massage, Reik and HighSelf Resonance Therapy, allowing healing to unfold during and after our sessions together (amazing!). Giving my clients my full attention in a safe and compassionate space and allowing them the opportunity to tune into their body’s rhythms and their need for hands-on care and energy balancing is an honor. I have recently added Animal Reiki to my offerings and find that connecting with the unconditional love and presence of animals is a very sacred privilege. Helping these special beings find calmer states to live their lives more fully is such a blessing for me!
I love working in partnership with my clients, supporting them through massage and Reiki and educating them in ways they can further their healing outside of our sessions. Self care is an integral extension of the treatment work we do on the table.
In my free time, I enjoy taking walks in nature, running, audiobooks, traveling, cooking, raising my children alongside my husband, being a cat mom and spending time with family and friends. I look forward to continued studies in additional myofascial and treatment techniques, including lymphatic clearing, as well as expanding into further energy modalities, to support all of my clients. I will be resuming my HighSelf Resonance Therapy in late 2026, allowing me to offer this amazing auric field energy healing modality in more expanded ways and as a distance healing offering as well.
