I am an out of network provider with all health insurance companies. I collect payment at the time of service ($130/hr). I will provide super bill receipts, which can be submitted for reimbursement based on your out of network coverage, if you have a current prescription on file in this office.

Jaw Pain Support - Intraoral Massage

This form of treatment utilizes massage, craniosacral therapy and/or lymphatic clearing techniques in the neck, face, scalp and inside the mouth to decrease tension in the muscles, the connective tissue and the bones of the head and jaw. This form of treatment utilizes massage, craniosacral therapy and/or lymphatic clearing techniques in the neck, face, scalp and inside the mouth to decrease tension in the muscles, the connective tissue and the bones of the head and jaw. I also include Reiki energy techniques to address energetic factors that help with relaxation and clearing energy blockages that often contribute to pain conditions in the jaw and head. I often use these techniques to address TMJD, tension headaches and migraines, teeth grinding/clenching, facial pain and chronic neck tension. Some clients seek it during periods of orthodontic work to ease discomfort and to support the work in progress. I wear non-latex gloves for intraoral work, and I describe the techniques in detail before beginning.

Energy Healing: Reiki

Reiki, as translated from Japanese, means, "Spiritually-directed universal life-force energy." "Rei" translates to spirit, or soul. "Ki" translates to energy which surrounds us. Reiki is intelligent energy that heals, balances, cleanses and energizes according to what you need on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.

Energy Healing: High-Self Resonance Therapy

High-Self Resonance Therapy is a healing modality in which Jenn utilizes energywork techniques and a spiritual connection to create a powerful, intuitive healing experiences for her clients. Jenn received instruction and mentorship in this modality from the creator of High-Self Resonance Therapy, Ariel Hubbard, LMT, Registered Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master Teacher.

I have felt a calling to massage therapy ever since experiencing its healing potential in my own body. Overcoming low back pain through massage instilled in me a curiosity about the great healing potential of the human body. This curiosity and a deep desire to be of service to others led me to become a massage therapist and continue to guide me in my sessions with clients. Over the years, my intuition has lead me toward new modalities of bodywork and to create a space for sharing energy work with clients as well.

I have come to appreciate my role as a facilitator of healing in my clients, through massage and Reiki, allowing healing to unfold during and after our sessions together (amazing!). Giving my clients my full attention in a safe and compassionate space and allowing them the opportunity to tune into their body’s rhythms and their need for hands-on care and energy balancing is an honor.

I love working in partnership with my clients, supporting them through massage and Reiki and educating them in ways they can further their healing outside of our sessions. Self care is an integral extension of the treatment work we do on the table.

In my free time, I enjoy taking walks in nature, running, audiobooks, traveling, cooking, raising my children alongside my husband, being a cat mom and spending time with family and friends. I look forward to continued studies in additional myofascial and treatment techniques, including lymphatic clearing, as well as expanding into further energy modalities, to support all of my clients. I am currently studying HighSelf Resonance Therapy, an auric field energy healing modality, and look forward to being able to share this with my clients in 2025.
